If you're hungry, don't have any meals to eat like rice or too busy to eat an apple is a good choice. Apples are proven can fight our hunger. This like was happened to me. This nutritious fruit can pause my hunger at least for 2 hours, from 12.00 to 14.00. That could be more cause actually my hunger still gone. But later on I decided to lunch cause my meal is ready then I don't want to take a risk for stomach ulcer.
