Well, best option? ya, karena ia tentu mendapat kontrak lebih besar dari pada di Yamaha tech 3. Tapi kan akhir-akhir ini ducati gak secemerlang tech 3, malah di belakang mulu. Ya memang, tapi kesempatan di tim pabrikan tentu lebih besar dan tentunya bergantung pada kolaborasi Crutchlow sendiri dan tim dalam pengembangan Desmodici, mengingat tiap pembalap punya karakter tersendiri.

Tawaran dari ducati bisa jadi pilihan terbaik untuknya. Selain mendapat gaji 8 kali lipat dari pada di Tech 3, di dalam kontraknya ada kesepakatan bahwa Cal bisa pindah ke tim manapun jika di musim 2014 ducati tidak kompetitif. Sementara itu di akhir tahun 2014, beberapa kontrak pembalap habis, Rossi, Bradl, Bautista hingga Smith, selain itu Suzuki juga kembali ke motogp, pilihan dan kesempatan begitu terbuka untuk Cal apabila memang nanti di musim 2014 ducati tidak kompetitif.

Yang jelas Cal sudah mendapat kontrak lebih baik di musim 2014 nanti, plus dukungan full pabrikan untuk tim Ducatinya. Kalau bisa klop seperti Stoner, mungkin ia bertahan tapi kalau pun tidak kompetitif, ia memiliki banyak pilihan.

Berita mengejutkan datang dari juara dunia motogp Casey Stoner. Pada sesi pres-confrence di Le Mans secara resmi Stoner mengumumkan pensiun. Ia merasa sudah tidak lagi menikmati balapan motogp. Banyaknya perubahan yang terjadi menjadi sebab ia pensiun dini.

Berikut petikan pernyataan Stoner

“After a long time thinking, a lot of time talking with my family and my wife, this has been coming for a couple of years now but at the end of this 2012 season I will be not racing in the 2013 Championship. I will be finishing my career at the end of this season in MotoGP, and go forward in different things in my life.”
“After so many years of doing this sport which I love, and which myself and my family made so many sacrifices for, after so many years of trying to get to where we have gotten to at this point, this sport has changed a lot and it has changed to the point where I am not enjoying it. I don’t have the passion for it and so at this time it’s better if I retire now."
“There are a lot of things that have disappointed me, and also a lot of things I have loved about this sport, but unfortunately the balance has gone in the wrong direction. And so, basically, we won’t be continuing any more. It would be nice if I could say I would stay one more year, but then where does it stop? So we decided to finish everything as we are now.”

Sebelumnya di Estoril, Stoner menepis rumor kalau ia akan pensiun “Until you hear it out of my mouth then don’t believe anything you read,” Tapi sekarang Stoner sudah memutuskan.

Alasan mengapa Stoner pensiun diantaranya hadirnya motor CRT, penerapan regulasi Rev. Limiter di musim 2014 dimana motor akan dibatasi pada RPM 14.000, serta tidak ada kesepakan pada durasi kontrak bersama HRC.

Bridge illustration

[The Jakarta Post] Following the appointment for the building project between the presidential and the developers preparation for the construction has just begun. This project is estimated to cost at least Rp 100 trilion.

"The bridge is planned to be at last 29 kilometers long - six times the length of the Suramadu bridge. which connects Java and Madura- and have six car lanes, double railway tracks and motocycle lanes."

Look back to the success of Suramadu bridge the idea for Sunda strait bridge is very interesting. This new bridge will ease the citizen to reach both Sumatra and Java. In other words add an alternatives beside water transportation. According to the plan the construction of Sunda strait bridge is awesome with a lot of lanes include for car, motorcycles, and even railway. However the awesome of the bridge which offer some advantage I hope didn't turn off water transportation through ports. Or maybe the bridge just can focus on human transport while the water transportation focus on cargo.
